Kidney image

Independently of phantom image investigation, the MRI kidney images were analysed. This work, made with collaboration with ICEM, Prague was performed in order to check, whether changes which occur in human kidneys prepared for transplantation are reflected in the texture of their MRI images. The objective of this investigation was to find texture parameters, that would allow evaluation of the usefulness of a given kidney for transplantation. Sample analysed MRI kidney images are shown in Fig. 7.
