Design and implementation of a repository of interim projects for an organizational unit of a university
Streszczenie
Managing academic records such as exams, tests, colloquiums, and student reports is essential for university administration. However, existing systems often lack efficiency, making document organization and retrieval difficult. This project focuses on the repository design and implementation of a digital repository that simplifies these processes. The goal is to create an intuitive, accessible system that enables faculty and staff to store, categorize, and quickly retrieve academic records.
A key assumption of this study is that a well-structured information architecture with optimized search functionality will improve efficiency and reduce the time required to locate documents. To test this, the project follows a structured approach, including literature research on educational
technology, system design, implementation, and user testing. The repository is built with usability in mind, ensuring that non-technical users can navigate it effortlessly.
By addressing common challenges in academic record management, this research offers a scalable solution that can be adapted by other institutions. The repository enhances workflow efficiency and supports better organization, ultimately contributing to modernizing university
administration.
