Stanowisko do badania właściwości laminatów PCB

Celem niniejszej pracy było opracowanie stanowiska do badania właściwości laminatów PCB. W związku z powyższym, w ramach tej pracy, po dokonaniu przeglądu typów i parametrów obwodów drukowanych PCB, metod pomiaru i opisu właściwości termicznych układów i elementów elektronicznych, zbudowano, a następnie przetestowano stanowisko umożliwiające porównanie właściwości termicznych różnych typów płytek drukowanych. Stanowisko zostało oparte na punktowym podgrzewaniu laminatu światłem niebieskiego lasera mocy, termowizyjnym pomiarze jego odpowiedzi termicznej, a następnie na jej przetworzeniu za pomocą oprogramowania systemu T3Ster.

The purpose of this thesis was to design a setup for PCB laminates characteristics testing. Therefore, as part of this work, after reviewing the types and parameters of different PCBs, measurement methods and description of the thermal properties of electronic systems and components, a setup was built and then tested in order to compare the thermal properties of various types of printed circuit boards. The stand was based on spot heating of the laminate under test using a blue power laser, thermovision measurement of its thermal response, and then processing that response using the T3Ster system software.
