Praca dyplomowa opisuje proces tworzenia aplikacji telemedycznej dla lekarzy
rodzinnej, nazwanej Electronic Prescription Management System (Elektroniczny System
Zarządzania Receptami). Głównym zadaniem tej aplikacji jest wspomóc lekarzy
rodzinnych przy procesie tworzenia dzięki zastosowaniu prostego interfejsu użytkownika ,
opartego na rozwiązaniu sieciowym.
Rozdział pierwszy pracy opisuje Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia, które reguluje
wygląd, kształt oraz wymaganą zawartość recepty lekarskiej. Ponieważ Rozporządzenie
wyróżnia trzy typy recept, każda z nich jest szczegółowo opisana.
Drugi rozdział dotyczy projektowania oraz implementacji bazy danych dla
aplikacji. Projektowanie w dużej mierze oparte jest na informacjach pozyskanych w
rozdziale pierwszym. Z powodu złożoności projektu bazy, opis jej tworzenia został
podzielony na cztery części, w których opisana jest implementacja lekarzy, pacjentów,
leków oraz recept jako tabel.
Trzeci, ostatni rozdział opisuje proces tworzenia samej aplikacji sieciowej.
Wyjaśnia on powody doboru konkretnych technologii, a także objaśnia po kolei trzy
warstwy, na które podzielona jest aplikacja, tj. warstwa danych, warstwa operacji na
danych i warstwa widoku.

This thesis describes the process of developing the telemedicine application for
family doctors called Electronic Prescription Management System. The main task of this
application is to aid the general practitioners in the process of generating a prescription for
a patient by introducing a simple, web-based user interface that requires as little instant
input from the doctor as possible.
Chapter 1 explains the Health Ministry Regulation that describes the layout and the
required information of a prescription. Since the Regulation specifies three different
prescription types, each of those are described in details.
Chapter 2 introduces the database design and its implementation. In order to create
the design, the information gathered from chapter 1 are used. Because of the complexity of
the dataset, the description is divided into four sections, describing doctors, patients, drugs
and prescriptions implementations.
The last chapter contains information about the web application development.
There is a short explanation of technologies that are used for the developing purpose, and a
description of three different layers that the application is divided into – data, manipulation
and presentation layers.
